Adam is the premier expert in the Traffic Control field in the San Francisco Bay Area. Cutting his teeth in the industry in 2011, Adam learned directly from the very best, playing a critical role in planning complex and taxing projects, ranging from the Golden Gate Bridge Moveable Median Barrier installation, The San Francisco Marathon, The Berkeley Half Marathon, The Armed Forces Half Marathon, and countless other special events and major construction activities, including Tower Crane builds and Concrete Mat Foundation pours.

With over 6,000 Governments (Cities, Counties, Departments, Districts, etc) within California alone, the encroachment process is anything but straightforward. TCPAF navigates challenging encroachment processes in cities like Berkeley, San Francisco, Oakland, Fremont, San Jose, and many others. TCPAF also coordinates the associated permits from Transit, School, or other districts, as well as Caltrans and other state level agencies. There is no project too big or too small for TCPAF.

These studies are used to demonstrate the feasibility & illustrate the constraints and needs of planned work. For the requested dates and times, TCPAF provides a detailed breakdown of Transit, Car, and Pedestrian traffic, in 15 minute increments, as well as relevant data processing, like detour-route traffic-forecasting.
